1. Agreement to Terms
The use of services provided by DXP Hub establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service. DXP Hub will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms.
- By placing an order with DXP Hub, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of services whether you read them or not.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
- You will only use the DXP Hub website in a manner which follows all agreements made with all social media websites (Twitter, YouTube, etc.) on their individual Terms of Service pages.
2. Service & Delivery
- DXP Hub rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
- DXP Hub does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and DXP Hub will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
- DXP Hub will only be used to promote your social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
- We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
- We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
- Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.
- We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences, including accounts or pages banned or photos removed. We will not issue any refund or compensation in this case.
3. Refund Policy
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. For a refund, you must contact our support via Ticket or WhatsApp.
- Refund Conditions: We allow a 14-day refund for the following conditions:
- Order Marked "Completed" without being done (Partial Refund).
- Order Not Started within 5 days (Full Refund).
- We provide a partial refund for all refill services as per refill conditions.
- We provide refunds to your DXP Hub account balance. If you require a refund to your bank or payment source, you must contact support.
- Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
- Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
- Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same page/link. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.
4. Privacy Policy
Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.
- In DXP Hub, we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. We never share this information with third parties, including your orders.
- We do not disclose information about your resale—all information remains with us.
- DXP Hub will protect your data for safety and the prevention of fraud, theft, or loss. We guarantee the safety of your data from copying or modification by third parties.
- When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, email address, and telephone number.
- If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of the message.
5. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing DXP Hub, you agree to use cookies in agreement with the DXP Hub Privacy Policy. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website.
